Why am I not receiving notifications?
What to check if you're not getting notifications

Before you start on the list below though, restart your phone and then make sure there are no updates for the Onside app waiting. You must have opened the Onside app at least once in the last 90 days, otherwise you will need to log in again.
If you're not sure which notifications you should be getting, have a look here.
