What is Onside's Lone worker?
A guide to Lone worker for Company Admins and Team Leaders
If you haven't seen Onside's Lone worker feature yet, now's as good as ever.
Lone worker is purpose built to keep teams and individuals working in rural environments safe.
With this service you can get much more oversight on where your team and staff are, the work they're undertaking, and when they expect to leave. You can also:
- See which properties your staff are currently checked into
- How long they've been on a property
- Which other properties they have checked in to that day
- Receive overdue alerts when they don't update their departure time or check-out
- Manage a list of your customer's properties (Visited properties)
- Easily digitally organize your staff into teams
- Access easy to use reporting
- Manage incidents they've reported
- Automate follow up calls and escalations (Overdue Dialer).
Note: Visited Properties can only be seen by companies who have mapped the same property.
The lone worker functionality can only be activated via the Onside App. Onside Teams is not enabled for QR code or Kiosk check-ins.
