Can I have my team's check-in dashboard on my phone?

Viewing your team's whereabouts from your smartphone

As a Team Leader or Company Admin using Onside Teams, you'll have access to check where your staff are checked in, what time they expect to check-out, how long they've been there for, and if they've gone overdue.

You'll also receive overdue alerts on your phone if you have the Onside app installed and you are logged into the app.

From time to time you'll need to check where your team is, and you may not have a computer or tablet handy. Your company check-in dashboard also works on smartphones.
 

When navigating the Onside web portal on your phone, the tabs from the menu are found in the top left "burger menu".

Save your Teams' dashboard to your home screen

  1. Log in to your account via our website
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page to 'Current check-ins'
  3. Tap 'View all'
  4. Select your lone worker's teams
  5. Save the dashboard on your phone's home screen:

         'Add to  home screen'.
 
add to favsApple - Tap the action icon at the bottom of the screen, then scroll the grey icons to the right and choose "Add to Home Screen".
 
That's it, you're done.
