How do I change or reset a password?

What to do when you forget your password

Log in via Google, Apple, or Microsoft

When using either the Onside app or the Onside web portal, if you use Google, Apple, or Microsoft accounts on your device,  simply select the 'Sign in with' option to quickly and securely sign in.

Resetting my password

If you can’t remember your Onside password you can request a password reset email from the app and the web portal.

Reset your password via the web portal

  1. Click here
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your email, this can take up to ten minutes. If it doesn’t come through check your junk folder. If it isn’t in the junk folder, click the link again.
  4. Open the email and click on the link. This will redirect you to a web page.
  5. Enter your email, then the new password twice, and click 'Save'.

That’s it, open the app and log back in with your new details. 

The password reset link will only work for the email it was sent to and will expire in 24 hours.

Reset your password via the Onside app

  1. Open the Onside app and tap 'Forgot password'.

  2. Enter your email address, then tap 'Send reset email'.
  3. You'll then receive an email with the reset link, follow the link.

  4. Then enter your new password, and then tap 'Login'.

Change your password

If you know your existing password but want to change it to something else, log into your Onside Web Portal

  1. Click your initials or profile image in the top right of the page
  2. Click on 'Profile', then 'Password'
  3. Enter your old password and then enter your new one twice. 
  4. Click Save.

All done. The next time you go to log into the web or app, use your new password.
