      How do I disable risk notifications?

      Disable the risk notifications for Onside

      When you're reviewing, adding, or editing risks we recommend that you disable the alerts for the property to avoid unnecessarily notifying the admins on your property and anyone checked in that a change has been made.  

      1. Log in to the Onside web portal.
      2. Click on the property you are wanting to work on.
      3. Click on the “Info” tab.
      4. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
      5. Tick the “Disable Risk Alerts for the property” box.
      6. Click the save button that appears at the bottom of the screen.

      Make sure that once you have finished editing or adding your risks, you go back into your Info page, untick the box and “Save changes” again.
