Disable the risk notifications for Onside
When you're reviewing, adding, and editing risks we recommend that you disable the alerts for the property. If you don’t, every time you make a change, the admins on your property will be alerted that there is a new risk to review.
- Sign in to the Onside web portal.
- Click on the property you are wanting to work on.
- Click on the “Info” tab.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Tick the “Disable alerts for the property” box.
- Click “Save Changes”.
Make sure that once you have finished editing or adding your risk, you go back into your Info page, untick the box and “Save changes” again.
If for any reason alerts are not coming through, check and make sure the disable alerts box isn’t ticked. You might also want to check that the notifications are allowed for the Onside app on your phone, and that you have used the app in the last 90 days.
