Disable the property notification for OnSide
When you are reviewing and editing risks we recommend that you disable the alerts for the property. If you don’t, every time you make a change, everyone who is on your property at the time will be alerted that there is a new risk to review.
- Sign in to your OnSide web admin portal.
- Click on the property you are wanting to work on.
- Click on the “Profile” tab.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Tick the “Disable alerts for the property” box.
- Click “Save Changes”.
Make sure that once you have finished editing your risk you go back into your profile page, untick the box and “Save changes” again.
If for any reason alerts are not coming through, check and make sure the disable alerts box isn’t ticked. You might also want to check that the notifications are turned on in your OnSide app
