How much does Onside cost?

The monthly price of Onside for property managers

Onside is a cost effective way to manage your visitors, health and safety, risks, and biosecurity risks on your property. It is also a communication tool to ensure that everyone coming onto your property (e.g. team members, contractors and visitors) has the information they need to do their job safely. 

Onside also provides you with a real-time log of who is on site as well as the ability to look at past visits.

What does it cost?

It depends on the plan you need. We have two plans available for property owners and managers - Free and Essentials, and two plans available for Contractors - Free and Pro.

For Property Managers and Owners

Free includes the following;

  • Geofence your property boundaries
  • Digital visitor check-in/check out
  • Notifications when visitors check-in/out
  • Visitor reports
  • View in real-time who is on your property
  • Property Rules
  • Property chat
  • Tasks

Essentials includes everything in the free plan, as well as;

You don’t pay for your contractors and visitors either. It’s free for them to use the app when they visit your property. 

For Contractors and Teams

Free includes the following;

  • Digital check-in and out of properties
  • Risk induction
  • Report risks and incidents on managed properties
  • Communicate with other visitors
  • Tasks

Pro includes everything in Free, as well as;

Is there a set up cost?

If you set up your properties and teams yourself, it's free. If you would like us to do the setup for you, please contact us regarding the cost and the information we would need.

What about signs?

Yes, signs are an optional extra cost. To get more information about these and the cost click here.

Are there any other costs?

No that’s it, just the monthly subscription for your properties. Signs are an additional cost if you choose to get them.
