The monthly price of Onside
For property owners and managers, Onside is a cost effective way to manage your visitors, health and safety, risks, and biosecurity on your property. It's also a communication tool to ensure that everyone coming onto your property (e.g. staff, contractors and visitors) has the information they need to do their job safely.
Onside also provides you with a real-time log of who is on site as well as the ability to look at past visits.
For contractors visiting properties, it's great for monitoring where your staff are, report on their movements, risks, and incidents, and ensure everyone is accounted for with overdue alerts and calls, all part of Onside Teams.
What does it cost?
It depends on the plan you need. We have three plans available for property owners and managers - Free, Core, and Complete, and two plans available for Contractors - Free and Pro.
For Property Managers and Owners
Free includes the following;
- Geofence your property boundaries
- Digital visitor check-in/check out
- Notifications when visitors check-in/out
- Visitor reports
- View in real-time who is on your property
- Property chat
Core includes everything in the free plan, as well as;
- Your risk register (limited number of risks)
- Incident reporting
- Emergency plan
- Blocks
- End of day notifications
Complete includes everything in the above two plans, as well as;
You don’t pay for your contractors and visitors either. It’s free for them to use the app when they visit your property.
For Contractors and Teams
Free includes the following;
- Digital check-in and out of properties
- Risk induction
- Report risks and incidents on managed properties
- Communicate with other visitors
- Tasks
Pro includes everything in Free, as well as;
- Team Locator Dashboard
- Team Locator History
- Lone Worker Safety
- Map non-managed properties, visible only to your team
- Automate check-in texts or emails to non-managed properties
Is there a set up cost?
If you set up your properties and teams yourself, it's free. If you would like us to do the setup for you, please contact us regarding the cost and the information we would need.
What about signs?

Are there any other costs?
No that’s it, just the monthly subscription for your properties. Signs are an additional cost if you choose to get them.
