What are Check-in Questions?

The Check-in Questions feature is only available on the Complete and Enterprise plans. Contact us for more information.
With this feature, you can ask your visitors questions during their check-in, to which they simply need to answer Yes or No. The answers are then recorded in the spreadsheet version of the property's visitor reports.
Property admins will also be notified via email and app notification when the visitor responds with an "unwanted answer".

Note: The questions will be asked to anyone checking in
Setting up the questions
- Log in to your Onside Web Portal.
- Click on the property you want to add the questions to.
- Click the + Button to add the questions you want to ask your visitors.
- Adding your question and giving it a name for your reports,
- Next you'll be able to customize the question with the following options:
- Ask on every check-in
- Only show for specific jobs (You'll need to choose your jobs first)
- Set the Unwanted answer
- Advise if it's bio-security related (Biosecurity stand-downs feature required)
- Click 'Save' in the top right of the screen.
Check-in questions can also be copied across all of your properties using the
button in top right of the page.
How it looks in the app
Your visitors will need to give simple Yes or No responses to the questions you're asking.

If they respond with an unwanted answer, they will get a screen prompting them to speak with the property contact.
