Making the most of your property's End of day notifications
From time to time you may find a few stragglers still checked in to your property at the end of the day. To help with this, we created End of day notifications.
Included with the Complete and Enterprise plans, once enabled and a time is set, any user who has arrived on the property or checked in will receive a reminder notification that they may need to check-out if they haven't left by the set time. The notification will look like this;
Half an hour later, the admins of the property, and optionally the company, are notified there is someone still on the property.
Through this feature, you have better awareness of what's happening on your property at the end of the day, prompting you to follow up directly to ensure everyone is accounted for.
Set the end of day notifications for your company here. Alternatively, you can find this feature in your Onside web portal by clicking on your profile image in the top right of the screen and choosing 'Company Settings'.
At the bottom of that page, you can also choose which Company Admins get these alerts.
The End of day notifications apply to all properties you manage within your account.
