What is the Onside menu for?

A guide to what's in the sidemenu of the app

While exploring the Onside app, you may have noticed this icon.     Sidemenu

This is our sidebar menu. This is where we put functionality that isn't necessarily needed for your day-to-day use. Here's a guide to what each of the options does.

Main screen sidebar

What's new - We're releasing updates all the time. Occasionally a couple a week. So we're always putting in new features and functionality. Keep up with the latest from this button, or have a look at our update page.

Create Property - You can create your properties directly in the app. Here's a step by step guide on it. There's still a couple of things you'll need to do via the web portal though.

Get Help - This will take you to our Customer Knowledgebase and chat. If there's something you want to know, simply search or ask the chat.

Give Feedback - This will take you to our customer feedback form on our website. If you got some great ideas, or some parts of Onside have been bugging you, let us know so we can get to work on it.

Refresh Properties - If you've just made some changes to a property and you want to see that in the app immediately, you can tap this button to sync the app with our server. This is also quite helpful if you find a property missing from the app.

Check-in reminders - Get reminders when you cross Onside boundaries. Find out more here.
