OnSide's in-app registration
- Downloading OnSide
- To start off with, if you haven't already, download the OnSide app to your phone.
- Tap the App Store for Apple devices or the Google Play store for Android.
Once you have downloaded the app, tap open, or tap the OnSide icon from your home screen.
Complete the form
Fill in your first name, last name, phone number, email address and password. Click on and read the Terms and Conditions, then clicking the toggle over to make it green.
Click Sign up
Confirm your email address
You will then come to a page asking you to “ Check your inbox”.
To do this you will need to go to your email and confirm your account.
Open the emails on your phone and click on the email from OnSide.
Click on the “Confirm account” link.
This will take you back to the app where you can now start using it.
That’s it you are good to go.
Troubleshooting
Haven’t received an email from us?
Check if your email is correct by opening the app again and checking that you entered the email address is correctly.Correct - Check your junk email inbox to see if it has been directed there.
Incorrect - Force close the app by tapping home twice and swiping up on the OnSide window (Apple), or tapping the window icon in the bottom right of the screen and swiping left to right (Android). Tap OnSide again to start the registration process again and make sure you have your email correct.
