Printing your property's risks
One of the main ideas behind OnSide is that all of your property's health and safety information can be accessed by any visitors quickly and easily, without having to go through a tedious and troublesome induction process. The best way to do this is digitally, with the goal being all visitors to your property use OnSide and are able to view the most up-to-date risks.
For some users however, a physical copy of the risks is needed. Below are the quick steps to create printed copies of the risks and Risk Register.
- Navigate and login to your account page at Onside.co.nz.
- Click on your property and the first screen will show your Risk Register.
- From here you can use your browser's own built-in print functionality to print out an overview of your Risk Register, as follows;
- Then, for more detailed information of specific risks, click the required risk and print using the above step again. You may need to adjust the print settings depending on the printer, number of pages you want to print, the size/zoom, and the margins.
